RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & PACKAGE PROTECTION
POLICY
We are committed to the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unwashed, unworn, and includes the original tags.Please note that all items listed as "final sale" are unable to be returned or exchanged.
1. RETURNS DUE TO BUYER’S REMORSE (ORDER CANCELLATION)
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection regulations.
Procedure:

- Customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Once the item is received at our distribution center, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Procedure:
- Report the defect via support@useathlete.com.
- Our team will assess the issue and provide return or exchange instructions if necessary.
- The refund or exchange will be processed within 15 business days after verifying the defect.
3. MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
Procedure:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the package if there is any discrepancy.
- Email support@useathlete.com.
- Our team will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item or shipping the correct product.
- The refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the incorrect item.
4. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Procedure:
- If possible, report the damage at the time of delivery with the carrier.
- Take photos of the damaged product and contact us immediately at support@useathlete.com.
- After assessment, we will provide return or exchange instructions.
- The refund or exchange will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the damaged product.
5. UNDELIVERED PRODUCT
Procedure:
- If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us via support@useathlete.com.
- Our team will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- If non-delivery is confirmed, you will have the option of a full refund or reshipment.
- The refund or reshipment will be processed within 15 business days.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.
